At the most preffered spot in the Rhodes city, the most strategic one somebody could claim, in front of the famous marina of Rhodes and the Mandraki port, in the entry of the medieval town, few hundred meters from the major attractions of the city of Rhodes, there is the Auges deluxe hotel.
The Auges is designed as an exclusive five star hotel, operating in all inclusive seasonally, ideally located in the heart of business and shopping district. The historic former Hotel Spartalis, located as depicted on an advantageous site, with the possibility of expansion onto adjacent buildings is planned to be developed into a unified deluxe 5 stars hotel with a capacity of 175 beds and a twelve month (annual) operation. The hotel will be developed on 4 floors and the basement of Spartalis as well as the 3 floors and the basement of the ex-headquarters of the Cooperative Bank of Dodecanese.
The overall layout of the hotel is 5.410 sqm gross buildable area, of which 3.400 sqm are utilized on the Spartalis building, while the remaining 2.010 sqm will be utilized on the former premises of the Bank.
The hotel’s optimization process proved 76 smashing rooms, allocated flexibly into single, double and triple rooms, while junior-senior suites and special rooms for the disabled are foreseen. Room areas range from 35 to 75 sqm, addressing to executives and their families.
The annual operation of two ground floor elegant restaurants with distinctive tastes, the inimitable roof garden view and pool, the club cafes in front of two different squares, the ritual bars, a luxury health spa for complete refreshment, assure premium resort facilities and services by the Auges city hotel.
Its expansion into adjacent properties, especially to the also owned former Regina hotel with 50 additional big rooms, is also an option, which may raise up the hosting capacity and the economic prospects of this investment. The development objective of this project is to exploit fully the excellent position and the boutique size of the hotel, in order to create a model meeting point of vacation, lifestyle and business.
